What is Screen Printing?

Screen Printing is one of the most durable & cost effective printing techniques available for larger Bulk orders. Screen printing is a stencil process that applies liquid ink to the garment, one color at a time. We offer 1, 2 and 3 color screen printing. Screen printing has a lot of setup and clean-up procedures so it is best for larger group orders of 24 or more t-shirts. This makes it the perfect solution for businesses, schools, churches or family reunions and so much more. The more you order, the less they cost!

Screen Printing FAQ's

Is there a minimum order for screen printing?

Yes, there is a minimum order of 24+ garments for screen printing. For smaller orders, you may look at placing a Custom Vinyl order.

What is the turn-around time?

We strive to have your order ready in 1 week or less! Depending on our production schedule, actual print times may vary, so please give us a call to double check before your due date. We do not hold space on the calendar unless a down payment has been received.

Can I mix and match Shirt Colors in my order?

Yes you can! As long as the shirts are the same fabric blend as the rest of the order, you can mix and match shirt colors as much as you want.

Can I change Ink Colors in my order?

Yes, for a small ink change fee. There must also be at least 24 shirts in each color ink to be able to change the ink.

What kind of ink do you use?

Plastisol Ink
