What is Screen Printing?

Screen Printing is one of the MOST DURABLE & COST EFFECTIVE printing techniques available for LARGE BULK group orders. We offer 1, 2 and 3 color screen printing. Screen printing is a stencil-like process that applies liquid ink to the garment, one color at a time and requires skill and time to set-up in order to achieve the most perfect and durable print possible. Once everything is set-up and running smoothly we can then divide out this initial time spent setting up the machine to get you a lower & lower price per shirt the more you order! This makes Screen Printing perfect for Businesses, Schools, Churches, Family Reunions or any other  large groups.

  • IS THERE A MINIMUM ORDER FOR SCREEN PRINTING?

    Yes, there is a minimum order of 24+ garments for screen printing. For smaller orders, you may look at placing a Custom Vinyl order.

  • WHAT IS THE TURN-AROUND TIME?

    We strive to have your order ready in 1 week or less! Depending on our production schedule & the time of year, actual print times may vary, so please give us a call to double check before your due date. We do not hold space on the calendar unless a down payment has been made.

  • CAN I MIX & MATCH SHIRT COLORS IN MY ORDER?

    Yes you can! As long as the shirts are the same fabric & blend as the rest of the order, you can mix and match shirt colors as much as you want withing the same order.

  • CAN I CHANGE INK COLORS IN MY ORDER?

    Yes, for a small Color Change Fee we do allow for the ink color to change. There must  be at least 24 garments printed in each color in order to change the ink color within the your order.

  • WHAT KIND OF INK DO YOU USE?

    High Quality Plastisol Ink

  • HOW DO I GET STARTED?

    Stop by, give us a call: 903-839-6102, or click on Get A Quote! We'll need half down in cash or a check before we can start on your order. If you'd like to pay with a credit card, we'll need all down before we start.

  • CAN WE GET STARTED ON THE GRAPHICS EVEN THOUGH I'M NOT READY TO PLACE MY ORDER?
    • Yes! For a $50 non-refundable graphics deposit we can go ahead and get started on the order before you are ready to place the final order for the t-shirts. We will then apply this $50 credit on your order total when you come back with your sizing to place the actual order for t-shirts!
