*Complimentary graphic design includes a maximum of 30 minutes of Free graphic design work. Most all designs can be completed within these 30 minutes, so no need to worry! If more time does appear to be needed we will have to begin charging by the hour for any extra design time. We will always keep you apprised of the status of your design and inform you of any unexpected difficulties that may lengthen the time needed to create your graphics. We reserve the right to charge for graphics at any time, regardless of any initial predictions of the time expected to complete your graphics. We will always notify you before any fee is added or continuing to work your graphics.
