WHY MUST I CALL TO PLACE MY ORDER?
Most of the items in our shop are custom items or can be customized if you'd prefer a change. We've found it's easier to speak with you in person to make sure that we get your colors, sizing & customization exactly the way you would like it.
WHAT HAPPENS TO MY CREDIT CARD INFORMATION?
We never save your payment information under any circumstances. Each time you order we request new information before you place your order. We're a family run business that you can trust to ensure that your payment information will never be saved, copied, or recklessly distributed or disposed of. We wouldn't want someone to do that to us, so we're going to make sure it doesn't happens to you!
DO WE ACCEPT OTHER FORMS OF PAYMENT?
Yes. Just let us know how you'd like to pay and we'll work with you to see what we can do.
CAN YOU SHIP MY ITEMS TO ME?
